James, Potts & Wulfers, Inc. was formed in March 1994 by two senior shareholders of the firm and a former shareholder who is now retired. The three original shareholders of the firm were previous shareholders of Houston & Klein, Inc., a law firm with roots in Oklahoma dating to the 1930's. The firm offers legal services in a wide variety of practice areas, focusing in particular on legal services needed by individuals and business entities. The client base ranges from individuals and start up businesses to clients with gross annual sales in excess of fifty million dollars.
From civil or tax litigation in federal courts, state courts or administrative agencies, to corporate planning and wealth preservation planning™, each client receives the same high level of personalized legal service from the members of the Firm and the staff. As a result of the diversified practice areas of the members of the Firm, we offer in one location many, if not all, of the legal services needed and desired by individual and business clients.
