James, Potts & Wulfers, Inc. was formed in March 1994 by two senior shareholders of the firm and a former shareholder who now is of counsel to the firm. The three original shareholders of the firm were previous shareholders of Houston & Klein, Inc., a law firm with roots in Oklahoma dating to the 1930's. The firm offers legal services in a wide variety of practice areas, focusing in particular on legal services needed by individuals and business entities. The client base ranges from individuals and start up businesses to clients with gross annual sales in excess of fifty million dollars.
