David W. Wulfers, shareholder. Mr. Wulfers was born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, December 19, 1954. He was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 1981; U.S. District Court Northern District of Oklahoma in 1981; U.S. District Court Western District of Oklahoma in 1981; U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit in 1981; and U.S. District Court Eastern District of Oklahoma in 2012.

Education

Mr. Wulfers received a B.S. in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from Southeast Missouri State University in 1977; substantially completed a Masters of Business Administration with emphasis in management from Southeast Missouri State University in 1979 (partial completion of MBA with emphasis in management 1979); and a J.D., from the University of Tulsa in 1981.

Mr. Wulfers has been and is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell and is listed in the Martindale Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers under his firm in the areas of business law, commercial law, real estate law, tax law, trusts and estates, wills and probate. He has been rated one of Tulsa’s Best Lawyers for 2011 and 2012.

He was a Staff Attorney at Sooner Oil Leasing from 1981 through a portion of 1982, and a Staff Attorney at Samson Resources Company in 1984 through a portion of 1986.  Mr. Wulfers held a position of Adjunct Instructor at Tulsa Community College from 1984 – 2012, teaching civil procedure to paralegal students.  Mr. Wulfers is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, American Bar Association and Tulsa County Bar Association.  Mr. Wulfers practices in the areas of Business Planning; Business Litigation; Construction Litigation; Employment Litigation; Financial Institutions; Real Estate Law; and Mineral Law.
