Mr. Clark was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma January 3, 1956. He was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 1984; and is admitted to the Texas Bar, the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma and the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.
Mr. Clark received a B.B.A in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma in 1981 and received a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 1984. Mr. Clark taught accounting as a graduate assistant while at the University of Oklahoma and also worked as a research assistant.
Mr. Clark was an associate and later, partner at Marsh & Armstrong from 1984 through 1989. He was a partner with Clark & Tuck for 3 years before joining Conley Corporation, a composite pipe manufacturing company, as General Counsel in 1993 and held that position until the company sold in 2016. Mr. Clark is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and of the Tulsa County Bar Association. Mr. Clark practices in the areas of Business and Commercial Law and Litigation; Construction Law and Corporate Law. He also has a background in Family Law; Personal Injury Litigation and Debtor and Creditor’s Rights.
